Tell me a bit about your publication and pick a few times that work for you. I'll reply to confirm one, usually within a day.

Calls are 30 minutes, over Zoom. No pitch, no pressure — just a conversation about what you're after and whether I'm the right person to help. If I'm not a good fit, I'll say so and try to point you somewhere useful.

Give me two or three date/time options (include your time zone) and I'll confirm one. If none of them work when I reply, I'll propose a few more over email.

School, university, or registered nonprofit? Mention it here — the rate drops to $75 per hour.

A note on replies. Every message here comes to my personal inbox. I read them myself and I reply myself, no bots, no AI autoresponders, no outsourced support. It occasionally means I take a business day, but I will get back to you.
